Help With "MS32DLL.DLL.VBS"

The file size on Windows 10/8/7/XP is 3,754bytes. thank you very much….. There is another Virus called Hacked By Godzilla virus which carries the same file and adds Hacked By Godzilla text in Internet Explorer Title Bar.
