Microsoft knows about this problem. imp source we have to find that ".dll" file name with the help of system logs. Also tell me the exact point when you are getting this message? Now the error is gone.
I have reinstalled it and it works fine now. Right click on MyComputer and then click on Manage. Looked up the .dll and it is KERNELBASE. I haven't tried a defrag yet.
