It looks totally like mine. I then r/clicked >Device Status "this device is working properly". please help. I still can see the hard drive in Disk Management but not in explorer. Look under Disk drives and check for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark next to them. and also some say that sony tv recognizes only hard drive upto 500 gb and not 1 tb.

I ended up reinitializng the drive on Vista and then I could use it, but when I went to XP it would only find the drive in DISK MANAGEMENT. Right click on it, and choose CHANGE DRIVE LETTER Choose anything, but I recommand something higher than M: I've seen this problem with alot of STORAGE DEVICE It happen more often It worked. So it could be done again.
